Sarah Diaz-Bastin is a children’s author and illustrator whose picture books celebrate creativity, imagination, and multicultural identity. Blending English and Spanglish, her stories offer joyful read-aloud experiences that help children explore big feelings with warmth and humor.
 

A mother of three and a fine artist, Sarah creates stories that foster connection, social-emotional growth, and authentic self-expression. She lives in Watsonville, California with her husband, three kids, and one very sleepy cat.
